These terms apply to your use of sgi.travel, sakkaratours.com and sakkaranilecruises.com (the “websites”), operated by Sakkara Group International and its brands, Sakkara Tours and Sakkara Nile Cruises (“we”, “us”). By using the websites you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the websites.
Who the websites are for
The websites are intended for tour operators, travel agents, wholesalers and other business customers sourcing services in Egypt. They are not an online booking service: we do not take bookings or payments through them.
Information on the websites
We take care to keep the information on the websites accurate and up to date, but it is provided for general information only and does not form part of any contract. Itineraries, vessels, hotels, events, availability and prices are indicative and may change without notice. Photographs are illustrative. If we publish a price in error, we are not bound by it.
Enquiries are not bookings
Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or a contract and does not hold any space. Any price or availability we give in reply is a quotation only, valid for the period it states. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing.
Bookings
Every booking is governed by our Booking Conditions and by the written booking confirmation or trade agreement for it. Where those terms differ from these, those terms apply.
Using the websites
You agree not to misuse the websites — for example by sending false, abusive or automated enquiries, attempting to gain unauthorised access to them or to the systems behind them, introducing malicious code, or interfering with their operation. We may suspend or restrict access to the websites at any time, for maintenance or for any other reason, without liability.
Intellectual property
The content of the websites, including text, photographs, logos, trade names and design, belongs to Sakkara Group International or is used with the owner’s permission. You may view and print it for your own business use, for example when evaluating our services, but you may not copy, republish, adapt or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
Links to other websites
The websites may link to websites run by others, including our group companies’ separate websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Liability
The websites are provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranty that they will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses, and we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the websites or from reliance on the information they contain, including any loss of profit, business, revenue or data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for any loss, damage, claim or cost, including reasonable legal fees, that we incur as a result of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the websites.

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the websites, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. The courts of Cairo, Egypt, have exclusive jurisdiction.
General
If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in force. A failure or delay by us in enforcing any part of these terms is not a waiver of it. These terms are written in English; if they are translated, the English version prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version, with its effective date, is always the one published on this page, and it applies from the date it is published.
